To open an account on the mojid platform, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and your own; opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited. Each user may only hold one account and creating multiple accounts is prohibited. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential, and you may not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
The mojid platform may only be used for legitimate entertainment purposes and any fraudulent or illegal activity is strictly prohibited. No software, content, or data on the platform may be copied, distributed, or modified without authorization. Accessing the platform using automated bots, scripts, or any other technical means is strictly prohibited. Users must treat other users with respect and must refrain from sending harassing, offensive, or harmful messages. mojid reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts for violations of these rules.
All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi BDT (৳) and must comply with applicable minimum and maximum limits. Deposited funds must come solely from your own legitimate sources, and transactions using third-party accounts are prohibited. Withdrawal requests may take a certain amount of time to process and may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. If money laundering or any other financial crime is suspected, we reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities. All transactions are conducted through secure encrypted channels and protecting your financial information is our priority.
All content, logos, designs, software, and trademarks on the mojid platform are our exclusive property and are protected by copyright law. No content may be republished, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission. Users bear full responsibility for any content they upload or share on the platform. Sharing content that infringes third-party copyrights is strictly prohibited and such content will be removed immediately. Any complaints regarding our intellectual property can be submitted through the support team.
The mojid platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we are not liable for any damages caused by technical issues, server outages, or third parties. We are not responsible for game or betting sessions being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or device issues. Any disputes or complaints must first be addressed through our support team. If unresolved, the matter will be settled in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh. We are committed to resolving all disputes in a fair and transparent manner.
Mojid reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the new terms. For significant changes, we will provide notice via your registered email or on the platform. If any part of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
